Shipping & Delivery

  • What shipping options do you offer? We ship to the United States (and select international destinations) with these convenient options:

    • Express Shipping: 3-6 business days – $20 (fast and tracked for urgent needs)
    • Free Shipping (also shown as FREESHIPPING): 7-14 business days – $0 (no minimum required on most orders – enjoy free delivery!)
    • Free Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days – $0 (same reliable free option)
    • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days – $10 (great value if free options don't apply)

    Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Times are estimates—delays can happen due to carriers, weather, or high-volume periods.

  • Do you offer free shipping? Absolutely! Free Shipping (7-14 business days) is available on many orders—look for the "Free Shipping" label on products or at checkout. We love making shopping easier for you.

  • How can I track my order? You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Track it on our site or directly with the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).

  • What if my package is delayed or lost? We partner with trusted carriers for safe delivery. If something goes wrong, reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery—we'll sort it out quickly!

Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original condition. Hats are easy to try on—just keep packaging intact!
  • How do I start a return or exchange? Log into your account > "My Orders" > select the item > follow the return prompts. For US orders, we often provide a prepaid return label. Exchanges are welcome if we have your preferred size/style in stock—contact us!

Orders & Payments

  • Where do you ship? We primarily ship within the United States, with international options available (duties/taxes may apply for non-US addresses).
  • What payment methods are accepted? We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more through secure Shopify Payments.
  • Are your hats true to size? Most hats are one-size-fits-most or adjustable (check product descriptions and size guides). If you're between sizes or have questions, drop us a message!
